Does Kratom help with Sleep ?

There hasnt been a great deal of study on this subject, so I thought I'd share my experiences with all my readers. Kratom can be used to help people sleep, especially those with major sleeping disorders such as insomnia. One needs to be aware of the correct strain and the correct dose otherwise the results can be catestrohic. Most pople find they fall to sleep very easily after using kratom. Once they are asleep they get a good nights rest, with very little tossing and turning - a good very deep and very long nights rest. If your not tossing and turning in your sleep, you get better rest and feel much better the next day.

My recommendation from experience is to buy a lighter more relaxing kratom variety such as Indonesian. Start off with low amounts such as 3 grams and work your way up. Kratom at low doses can be stimulating, and thus you should try to time it so that your wanting to sleep about 3-4 hours after ingestion. If you need a little more, then up the dose, but remember that although kratom can be sedating at high doses, it can also keep you awake. One person I know who uses large amounts stays up for hours as they feel like they are floating when they try to sleep. This is obviously not desirable if your you need to sleep.

So rememeber, go for a lighter more realxing variety (such as indo kratom) and start off with fairly low doses (3grams and up).
